I ban/behead jencar to end this nonsense. Who's next?

And I ban/preban Jenni for defuse her predictably ensuing ban of me for "banning the wrong person." I, as the Wise and Powerful Dictator, did that on purpose to show you how annoying it is. Off with your head, the wicked witch is dead!
