I would have taken him home with me too. I can't stand people who dump animals off. I think they need to be dumped off somewhere to see how it feels. I know that sounds awful but maybe a few days of experiencing it will make them think twice about doing it. Every cat I have ever ended up with was dumped off on me! Why are people so heartless!? Bless you for being so kind hearted.
