Mine is password protected. The company set it up for me. All I know on that is anytime someone tries to use my wireless it will ask for the password. So, if yours asked for the password I think you must have it set up right.

Well, I am talking about my desktop. That is where the ethernet cable actually runs to the router. I checked my dd's laptop and it connected just fine. I now kind of wonder if I could actually disconnect that ethernet cable. If I actually only needed it for the setup process, but I don't really know. I can always call a tech, but YIKES! I figured I would get a "faster" response here. LOL.
