That's an interesting question. Looking at your signature I have a feeling that your posts can certainly be of interest to anyone as you obviously have experience with dogs! "Newbie" status is only relevant to when you joined the forum, not what you know. And trust me, if you are annoying I have a feeling you'll be told
I think you should always add input whenever you want.
