i'd say thats another strong possibility- or rather a probability!
i still cant believe that Every litter can be registered! does there seem to be any thought into changing that where akc is concerned? because even though we already have a number limit in place, they are pushing for council licensed breeders to all comply with it and for the rules to be even more strict and beneficial to the dogs themselves...
