In addition, I do have a recipe for a solution that can be used in a pinch. Dextrose is sugar and the recipe calls for sugar, boiled water and a pinch of salt. One night while assisting someone after whelp of a tiny that couldn't suckle.....she contacted me, asking me for the recipe (this was late at night). She used SubQ'd the pup for a period of 48 hours....all the time that was needed. The pup is now 2 years old.
