So I am working on training my 9 week old puppy. I am amazed at how good he is already doing, however he does have accidents when he is out and about. He will go ANYWHERE on the carpet if not kept in the kitchen with his puppy pad. I don't have a pen for him because my apartment is just not big enough, however, I do have him confined in the kitchen when I can't watch him closely. He is to small to put a halter on so I can't tether him to me. I just feel like a bad Mommy for not letting him roam, but he uses the carepet no matter what if he is on the loose. Even though I put a puppy pad down. I think my other dog distracts him. Any ideas?
