For the training you should try the wee wee pad training. SInce the weather is so harsh and changes contsantly, I really dont think its a good idea for her to be taught to go outside.
The wee wee pad training is quite simple. THe pad is the designated area for her to do her thing. WHen she has an accident, you bring her to the wee wee pad(located INSIDE wherever you want it to be)and say the word you are training her with. WHen she does learn to go on the pad, praise her and say good girl/ boy. She will love the praise and continue to do it there.
I believe this should help with the training problem, and with the agressiveness, it will eventually go away with time.
