Hi Welcome to YT. Poor little guy~I'm so sorry that you purchased a sick puppy and that you are going through this with him. My suggestion to you would be to make an appointment with a Ophthalmologist rather than your regular vet. They are better trained in the specific area of expersise that you are dealing with. Please keep us posted...of course we would love some pictures of Jay.
