As Woogie Man stated, your girl already developed eclampsia prior to the whelp, I can't phanthom your vet allowing these pups to nurse. She will go into another eclampsia attack and this time you may not be able to bring her out of it.

Tube feeding may be your only option at this time. There is a possibility that your vet will Sub-Q these pups and teach you how. It's a method of keeping the pups hydrated. This can be done for 48 hours and it gives them an opportunity to grow and gather strength, allowing them to them be bottle/syringe fed.

Now to ease your mind, week old preemie pups can survive, it's going to take alot of work on your part, but it is possible. I speak from experience.

I'm not going to sugar coat anything for you, because that wouldn't be fair. Prepare yourself for the possibility of losing a pup, I lost 2 of a litter of 4.

My prayers are with you and here for you if you need advice, as others are. We'll help guide you through this.

Keep the pups warm, don't allow them to chill. The room where the pups are to be kept should be 85 degrees.
