I don't know much about the agressiveness because Jasmine is very calm, she doesn't even bark that much.

As far as the potting training goes: I couldn't take Jasmine outside either because of the cold weather. We paper trained her.(the pee pads) All of us make a huge deal out of it when she goes on the pads. We give her a treat and pet her and tell her good girl. She loves the attention. When she doesn't go on the pad, we tell her NO and put her on the pad. You have to be very consistant. That is the most important thing. You can't keep going back and forth. Pick a praise that works and a punishment that works and stick to it everytime. Don't forget that you are dealing with a terrior breed. I have heard from so many Yorkie owners that they are never really trained. Jasmine is 9 months and at least once a day she goes on the carpet. Your baby is only 4 months. Don't expect real results until she is at least 6 months. I got this advice so many times and it is definately true. Good Luck!
