Panacur should do the trick, but don't be surprised if it takes a couple of rounds. I can speak from personal experience that girardia in particular is a nasty little parasite. I had it (got it when camping and used an old water filter that should have been replaced) and it stuck around for awhile. Took several courses of antibiotics to get it to go away completely.
