Cataracts can happen in both eyes, so I'm not clear on what the vet is saying here...? It could
just be the nuclear sclerosis...but if you think the vet seems unsure, then I'd get it checked before it progresses (if there is a cataract).
My Wylie has a cataract in one eye, and we give him prescription drops every other day to prevent further deterioration.
