Did yuor vet check for cleft palate, hydration, etc.

What are you using to supplement the pup; i.e. replacement supplement and how are you administering it. Never force a pup, as you can cause aspiration.

The closests thing to mother's milk is Goat's Milk with equal parts of Distilled water, given at room temperature. Draw the milk up into a syringe that you can use with a cainine preemie nipple. And gently push milk into the syringe....

Also, rub a couple of drops of Nutridrops onto his gums......
