EmGo11....you absolutely did the right thing! First off the pet store wasn't holding an adoption event....they were allowing a breeder to
sell puppies. The only difference between the pet stores normal practice of just offering pups for sale, was to have a breeder there to peddle the pups. Secondly, if this pup was acting spastic, you can bet there is a reason for it and the issue most likely wasn't/isn't going to be inexpensive to treat, if it's possible to be treated.
Also, I agree with Debra....timetells is most likely "Kelly" or one of her friends. This happens on YT, the breeder is made aware of a critical post, comes on pretending to be a satisfied customer. It happens often enough that this was my very first thought when I read timetells' post.
In this case, I think the username is so appropriate because....lol...
time will tell.
