Don't feel bad, it happens. Accidents happen and little fearful guys just don't bounce back as quick. Kaji and I were playing fetch and I accidentally hit him and poked his eye. I reached for the ball he had in his mouth today and he peed a little. I know he peed without looking at the floor because when he pees or has an accident, his tail goes straight up and gets stiff. Well, he did that and when I checked the carpet a little later I saw where he squirted a little. I try not to check in the moment, because when I use to, he learned what I was checking for and it would just make him more nervous. So what I do now is keep going with the game. Take the ball, throw it, and while he's fetching check the floor.
