Obviously it is your choice to not ship your pups, but I think it's unfair that you would place me in a category due to circumstance that are not entirely in my control. I understand your concern because flights can be very stressful on pets (not just yorkies) but sometimes people have no choice and must ship their pet so they can still be with them.
I honestly don't even see a reason for this post, it sounds like you are attempting to get a rise out of people who do ship dogs, or have had them shipped to them. Take a step back and realize that not everyone in the world walks in the same shoes as you, and don't be quite so offensive towards them just because they have different circumstances. |
You just get them on the plane with you. I have shipped dogs before, never had a problem. Always something can go wrong. Heck, you can drive to pick up a pup and get into a car accident. You just do what you have to to get them home with you, and not worry about what others may thing. Do what is right for you! Let me also say, I think you are terrific, and thank you for your service.
