My take on what Mary says about structure is that if the shoulder or stifle is off, it will show up in the topline and movement of the dog. She doesn't break it down as such, but that's my interpretation of it.
As I said before, if you feel differently, why not explain what you mean and keep with the educational spirit of this thread? We're all subject to learning something new, so would love to hear your input if you have any specific thoughts on this. |
In the educational spirit of this thread, I advised to go to a non-Yorkie person for your education in structure. Yorkie people are focused on coat, topline, head and it shows in the breed. Go to a breed that works and learn structure from those people.
Had enough for now. Remember Yorkies are dogs and their small bodies are required to do everything a larger dogs body does. You do a great disservice to the breed to neglect the importance of structure.
