Default What to do ?

I have a little female yorkie who is nearly three years old. She still behaves like a baby.. I groom her , try to make her pretty, as soon as her hair is brushed and her bangs are out of her face , she goes straight to the couch and rubs her body all over and messes up her bangs , tries real hard to get the small hair band out , letting her hair hang in her eyes and her back hair stands straight up and messy , as soon as she can.
She still bites and tears holes in our blankets too. Tries to hump on the couch and blankets. I can tell her to get off the couch, or say NO to her and she will listen for about 60 seconds.
She prefers to listen to my son or brother much better then I. My 17 year old now has ended up guiding her in the right direction , because she does better with him.
I love her so much , but she can be so frustrating! She is very smart , yet such a hanful!
When I do give both my girls a bully stick , she "steals" the other bone and then just has both bones right next to her happily chewing on one, or she hides one bone , and nobody can find it. I know dos can't be selfish, but it looks like it . The other dog is a shih tzu who is passive . At first it was kind of funny to watch her when she grabs the other bully stick , but now my other dog has nothing when i know she wants one too.
I guess it is like Suzi is a bit of a brat. Any ideas on how to stop some of her annoying behaviors?
