My thoughts and heart are with you. I'm very sorry for your loss of your beloved Hutch and that you are still feeling such pain. There will be a day that the memories of the overwhelming joy and love from Hutch will begin to heal your heart. We lost our precious little Ashley in June one month shy of her seventeenth birthday, so I truly understand how you are feeling. The pain right now is too deep for my heart to heal because it is too soon. Ashley's two sisters passed away a few years before her. Although I still feel pain from losing them, I mostly feel an overpowering love and overflowing happiness in my heart when I think of them and when my husband and I talk about them (which is very often). Believe me, it does get easier. Your sweet little Bailee is so precious. I hope she helps to heal your heart and that this Christmas you will have many blessings. I'm sure your little angel will be there with you, even if only in your thoughts.. We plan to get two more babies as soon as we are able to give them the care and love that they deserve. It is because we loved Ashley, Kiwi, Gracie, and their sister before them, Jolie, so much that we want honor them by choosing another Yorkie to love. When you love that deeply, another one can't replace your babies, but it's difficult not to completely surrender your heart to a new baby. When we lost our first Yorkie, Jolie, I never thought I could ever love another baby like her. I was so wrong about that. Each of our babies had such a different personality, and they were so unique. I could not have loved each of my little girls more. That love will always be there--it's just too strong and just stays in your heart. But there's always more to love again. You are seeing that with Bailee. I hope you build many beautiful and magical memories with her. I also hope you have a blessed and Merry Christmas this year.
