I had one shipped too. I was told he was bathed and groomed right before being shipped, but he arrived stinky and covered in fleas. You never know in what state the other dogs are in, or even if the airline people pile crates one on top of another. Kaji could very well have been peed on by another dog. I just don't know. All I know is the second thing we did when we got home was give him a bath. He reeked!
