Default puppie feeding

hello This is my very first post here its a great site and hope it helps others as it has helped myself in the past .
But now i need some advice i have a yorkie (tasha) who has had her second litter of pups the first were ok abt 1.5 years ago but this litter is of 6 [COLOR=green !important][COLOR=green !important]puppies[/COLOR][/COLOR] now tasha has developed eclmpsia and is unable to feed the pupies now so i am trying very hard to hand rear them they will be 3 weeks old on sunday 12th dec bur 3 of them are tiny and not feeding with the bottles ive tried different teats on the bottles , tryed using syringes , but i feel im forcing them to take the milk which is the whelpi milk we got from the vet , ive also tryed to give the pups the blanket that tasha lays on but that doesnt help , ive even tryed rubbing the bottles on to tasha to get her cent but still doesnt work . has anyone any ideas how i can get these pups to feed
