Thank you all for all the great advice, I have tired the pennies in the can when Sadie barks for no reason and it works, thank you for that. Scooter has not been aggressive with her since the last incident but as soon as he is I am trying the time out. Sometimes when they play he gets vocal but not mean, and as far as the food goes, they eat good together, he is not food aggressive just treats and toys.
Hopefully all this good advice will pay off.
