I have no problem saying "oh my god" or anyone else saying it, everyone I know says it.
I think it depends where you come from, as where I live this has never been an issue.
Maybe people here arn't as religious as in other parts of the world, or maybe they dont think it is blastphemy.
Either way I have no problem with saying either of these sayings, but if I thought it would offend or upset someone then of course I wouldn't say it.
