I would not allow my kids to say Oh My God, but probably would have allowed Oh My Goodness. I never really did hear either phrase coming from them, but I do hear "O.M.G!" A LOT. Even though we adults know the the letters have words behind them, whether it be God, Goodness, or Gosh, the kids I know think O.M.G is a word of it's own and I rarely hear a kid use the long form of those letters.
