Thank you I try to imagine myself in the position of her people right now. I'm hoping it's just that not everyone realizes to check craigs list and they'll immediately be contacting Animal Control on Monday morning for their dog. She is absolutely spotlessly clean and very well mannered, really seems to be used to people food so she's someone's little spoiled baby. I can't beleive how many peopel asked why I didn't just leave her outside...well because if my dog was an escapee I would hope they'd know to make it home...and dodge cars the whole way...but would be much happier missing them for a couple days and then finding out they were safe, warm, dry and fed until they made it home. Furthermore the person made every possible effort to find me and get my babies home, instead of just leaving them to wonder or worse possibly worse-thinking they had just found their new dog. |
