Dont we already have a pet over population here without the bordering country sending their pups over here too? Not only that, but I couldnt imagine allowing someone else to sell my pups for me and have no idea who they even go to.
I dont like it either but understand the desparation of some in that country to make money however they can. With all the murdering by the cartel and people relocating in the country its all a matter of time before our Govt. has to step in and help them out but untill we do its anything goes
