I'm really floored by this. After thinking about it, I'll bet it happens more often than we think along the border of the US. Its my understanding that mexico doesnt have laws regarding vaccinations like we do here. I dont know how true that is though.
Dont we already have a pet over population here without the bordering country sending their pups over here too? Not only that, but I couldnt imagine allowing someone else to sell my pups for me and have no idea who they even go to. |
I dont like it either but understand the desparation of some in that country to make money however they can. With all the murdering by the cartel and people relocating in the country its all a matter of time before our Govt. has to step in and help them out but untill we do its anything goes
