Default I think I have heard it all now

I was talking to a lady the other day and for some reason something she said stuck with me. She told me she knows a local breeder and they're a "family business". Their family in mexico also breeds yorkies and flies the pups to the US to be sold. I'm assuming its so they can get more money for them in the US.

I'm really floored by this. After thinking about it, I'll bet it happens more often than we think along the border of the US. Its my understanding that mexico doesnt have laws regarding vaccinations like we do here. I dont know how true that is though.

Dont we already have a pet over population here without the bordering country sending their pups over here too? Not only that, but I couldnt imagine allowing someone else to sell my pups for me and have no idea who they even go to.
