If she was coughing enough to warrant a steam shower to help relieve the cough, she needs to be seen by a vet today if at all possible. I would rearrange my schedule, do whatever I had to do....but I would be getting into the vet today - it might save you a trip to an ER vet later tonight or tomorrow.
