I'm really glad you posted your experience, bc it really shows what you went through for something that *should* have been very simple and pleasant - and instead, the vendor treated you very poorly, imho.
Considering that YT has 69,205 members who can see this vendor review, and considering that YT has generated business for them previous to this (meaning, via YT member reviews), one would think
Iv San Bernard would want to treat their customers with some...um...customer service...?
