Hi Bitsy! He does sleep in the crate at night and does well. I have it by the bed though since we have only had him since Sunday. Everytime he falls asleep I put him in his crate. He doesn't like being alone at all! Yes he is very tiny....his dad is 3lbs and his mom is 4.5lbs he was the little's out of 4. I have a few pictures in an album....still learning how to get around this site
