I have VPI for my 3 girls and they denied Pixie's 2600.00 LP claim as genetic. It has paid for some tummy issues and er visits for Pixie and Cali. Unfortunatley all my big claims, like the liver shunt charges for Cali were not covered, Dixie (RIP) bills for her congenital kidney failure were all denied. If I could do it over I would find an insurance that paid for genetic and congenital conditions or not get it at all.
