Yes, she passed away. I personally do not know what happened to her dogs, but I'm sure she found them amazing homes before she passed. Here is a blog that Mike (alaskayorkie) posted about her. It sounds like she was an amazing woman.

All the dogs in the picture, I'm sure, were placed long ago. She had no current litters when she got sick, and the length of her illness gave her plenty of time to rehome her personal sires and dams.

Just wanted to say what a beautiful tribute you wrote. She must of been one of those special people that only come around once in awhile.
