I tried everything, even the himalayan chews and there's nothing he can't break and swallow.

Antlers and any other bones that are calcified can crack teeth. Nylabone is a safer option - my dogs have been using the gummy kind of nylabones since puppyhood and we've never had a choking incident, an obstruction, a cracked tooth, or anything from them. Numerous vets have assured me that these are safe for my dogs and after 10 years of using them and having no problems whatsoever I am a repeat buyer of these items. I have been happy with them and yes the pieces come out in their poop as they pass through. My dogs especially like the BBQ ribs from Nylabone and the blue dental bones and gummy dinosaurs. By the way, an animal bone just cost me $2,000 in vet bills when Daisy cracked her 4th molar. I'll never feed another shank bone or antler or hoof ever again. Just not worth it.
