Dogs cant be cooped up, ALONE all day every day and be expected to be well balanced. - IF BDOG WAS NOT PROVEN TO MESS THE FLOOR WHEN SHE IS LET OUT WHILE WE ARE GONE, SHE WOULD NOT BE IN THE CRATE. THE CRATE TIME WHILE WE ARE AT WORK WAS NOT STARTED BY ME...THIS IS THE ROUTINE THAT MY FIANCE STARTED BEFORE I WAS EVEN KNOWN IN THIS WORLD TO HER. If you and your fiance are never at home and arent willing to make small changes to your lifestyle to include and help the dog then the dog should be placed in a home that will give him what he needs physically, emotionally, educationally and devote their time to him as a responsible dog owner. - IT'S NOT THAT WE AREN'T HOME ALL THE TIME, THAT'S MORE OF MY SITUATION BECAUSE OF MY DUTIES AT SCHOOL AND TO MY SHOP AT HOME ON THE WEEKENDS...MY FIANCE WORKS 40 TO 50 HOURS A WEEK AND DOES HER SCHOOLING ONLINE. YES, the dog needs some discipline and some guidance - it is like a child who has never been educated. do you give him a treat when he does get out his crate and go potty outside? - REALLY? YOU ARE REALLY ASKING THIS QUESTION? OF COURSE SHE GETS TREATS - A LOT OF THEM DAILY.

Here's hoping that you find the dog a good home where someone will devote time to him and help him learn. There will be plenty of people on this site willing to take the dog from you and rehabilitate him im sure. If i didnt live on the other side of the world i would give him a home. - I'M SURE THERE ARE, BUT THE DOG ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE. All JMHO of course - my day however is ruined and I will probably spend days wondering about how this poor little dog is being treated. Shame, I often look at my dogs and think how lucky they are to be in such a loving home, as am I, with a man who loves us, respects us and doesnt slap us around.
