Even when you know it is the best decision it has to be hard.
I use to work with a small breed rescue.
People would change their mind and then change it back because they knew it was best.
The love of the dog always won out and they did what was best.
This is the last piece that they can hold onto for their loss. It must be hard to say goodbye to the little guy.
I imagine that it is hard on you as well waiting and wanting to know.
