wow I had no idea. I haven't really done that for my 5 year yorkie and i'm so thankful that he hasn't encountered any problems. When is the earliest you can start? My puppies are 12 and 13 weeks.
I will loko into heartguard as well. Has anyone also heard of intraceptor? Is that a competitor for heartguard or Advantage?
