This is classic food aggressive behavior
He's eating pretty much what he wants from his dish and then eats from the other dishes to SHOW dominance ..... Hence aggression
Simple end is to pick up all the dishes when he does this
If the other dogs are not done .... He needs to be separated
He cannot be allowed to show this kind of behavior for any length of time
