My Miniature Schnauzer and Schnorkie do this. I always assumed that it was due to their inherent nasal issues common in the breed-the same issue that causes reflux issues which is why you have to use raised feeders (especially water if you don't have it in a bottle dispenser) with certain breeds like Mini Schnauzer etc. Does it especially happen after they have rolled over on their back and get back up? It may just be nasal "fluids" dripping back and then the sneeze clears it out-totally normal your vet should be very aware of this and explain it-I wouldn't worry unless you notice a lot of burping or vomiting or partial vomiting-refluxing behaviors then you have an issue the first thing with reflux issues is to have your dog's food checked to make sure its appropriate, switch to a proper height raised feeder for food and water-if you don't use a water bottle. If its just strictly during play...well its too cute huh? We laugh about them sneeze fighting because they literally sneeze at each other...Have never seen my Yorkie doing this (well Yorkie mix lol).
