Every breed winner is given an information sheet and the owner or handler will fill out the information sheet and they use that when they talk about the dog....but the announcers are usually pretty up on what each breed is about. The handler of the yorkie is a YTCA member and I'm sure she put on the information sheet what she wanted said about the yorkie.
