This has been talked about before. I forget what the conclusion was though.

How much would you pay per day (24 hour period) for somebody to come and watch one dog? What is the lowest amount that is reasonable to offer?

What all did/do they do for your pups? Will they brush teeth and stuff (generally)? Ever had any problems? How did you find somebody to do this/how did you know they were trustworthy? (reviews? references?)?

I had a tech willing to do it at her house, but Ellie's vet doesn't know if she does it anymore. So if not, I guess this is what we'll have to do.

For those with special needs doggies, does it work out okay or do the sitters get nervous about all the "rules?"

Boarding in a facility is not an option.

I'm seeing this $50 a day thing. Is that normal?
