As suggested already; please take a look at the YTCA.org breeder referral page. There is some great reading there about yorkies.
There is also some great information in the Yorkie Talk Library on how to find a reputable breeder, as well as what is known as "stickies" listed in the yorkies wanted and for sale forum.
You have some great breeders in the Tri State Area.
