Mine absolutely loves to be outside - no matter the weather.
I did dual train her for when we absolutely cannot go out due to thunderstorms or blizzards. I have pads in the garage and when she absolutely cannot go outside she will go on the pads. I use doorbells so she always lets me know when she needs to go potty. I hope everything works out for you.
