So let us just go on from here. We are all very concerned with the health and well being of Yorkies, and of course other dogs.
I've read a couple of posts to you and your response, which I'm really trying to fit into what your first post was, as to who is at home when, and when you are home you keep dog in crate, etc.
I think that you are on the route to get help. You that means you and your finace and dog et al need help. So I support you in this effort. \
