And Ill tell you this any breeders that share that type of snobbish opinion I and many people dont want a yorkie from you anyway. People dont want to be treated like a criminal to adopt a yorkie. You're reading too much into what Rhett's momma said. She pretty was trying to say that there is another side to each coin. For those that have seen, as you put it, snobbish pet owners that can care less about kenneling a dog; there are those that have seen loving pet owners that will take their dogs everywhere, including some places only some of us will ever dream of.
Same with not so well off pet owners. There are those that have little funds, but will do everything and anything for their babies; even if that means sacrificing a few things that they may want. On the other hand, there are those that will tie a dog to a tree, put out food and water and think it's equivalent to a proper dog sitter.
She can correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I understood from her post. I would even go as far as categorize myself as the poor, dog obsessed person. I won't even consider going out with a friend if there isn't anyone home to look after Kaji.
