I got mine from a breeder in central florida. She was the coworker of my ex's parents and his parents have her brother. Looking back on it, I should've done a TON more research, asked more questions, etc. but I now know the RIGHT things to do. Lol.
At least she did come with her papers and a health guarantee.
You also might check into local rescues, as I think there's a Yorkie rescue here in florida.
They might have a wonderful doggie looking for a forever home. ^_^
