Glad to hear the good news... just a note: It can take a few months after neutering for the hormones to get out of their system. Once that happens, you may see a bigger change in his attitude, and lots less marking around the house.

And the treat for a sock exchange... sometimes offering a Yorkie something in exchange is a quicker way to get something from them, especially if what they have is dangerous to them. Teaching them 'Drop it' is best, but until they learn that, exchange for a treat is fine, as long as it gets the object out of his mouth, quickly.
