Teddy has rough paw pads and one looks like it's calloused. My vet checked him out and medically he is fine (nothing abnormal or open). And his nails are short. I don't know why his pads are rough when the other dogs who are 8 years older than Teddy have very soft pads.

Does anyone know of a good remedy? I wad thinking of putting bag balm or a thick lotion on with baby socks when he's asleep but I don't want to make things worse with the wrong type of product.
