Our boy yorkie goes in to his Kennel at the same time and sleeps until 7 a.m. (bless his heart).
The girls wake up and chirp (yes, the actually chirp like a fire alarm that needs a new battery) at midnight. And then they get in bed with us.
They are up and ready to party at 5 a.m.!!! They jump on our heads and then run to the bedroom door and sneeze! And will repeat this process for hours until we get up and feed them and let them out. Sometimes they will go back to bed after their 5 a.m. breakfast and bathroom and bread; sometimes the will not.

That would kill me, too. Before they get in bed with you, what are they sleeping in? Try putting a blanket over it, whatever it is.

Perhaps they are getting cold? Or perhaps you've just formed a pattern with them. You need to break the pattern or face exhaustion for the rest of your life.
