We took Dinky on a 12 hour drive. He was 6 months, and, at that point, he was still inseure. It wasn't terrible, but I have to admit that he was stressed.He hated all the new places that he had to potty, but he cooperated. Also, he did not sleep well in the car. For some reason, he tried to stay awake and would fall asleep "on his feet."
Overall, he was restless in the car.Even though he did sleep, he was exhausted when we got to our destination. We were too, so everyone slept.
Now at 10 months, he likes riding in the car better, so when we make the trip again this spring, I think he will do better. |
